Differentiating Factor 1. Lentigo Laser Treatment Achieved with Precise Targeting

Lentigo treatment is meticulously completed. At KKEUT Clinic,

premium 755nm Alexandrite, which boasts excellent melanin absorption and stable skin penetration depth,

laser is used to precisely target dark and distinct lentigines.

If necessary, a secondary Er:YAG Erbium-YAG

laser is combined to precisely adjust even residual pigments faintly remaining on the surface, and in most cases, satisfactory changes are seen within 2 to 3 sessions at most. Without unnecessary repetition

of treatment, precise diagnosis and planning create clean results in a short period.

KKEUT Clinic's lentigo treatment promises definite results.

Differentiating Factor 2. The Reason for Our Meticulous Approach

KKEUT Clinic prioritizes the quality of treatment by strictly limiting the number of patients seen per doctor per day. The number of daily appointments per doctor is adjusted to approximately one-third of the industry average,

and this is a deliberate choice to dedicate more time and focus to each individual.

Thanks to this system, sufficient

explanation and personalized treatment plan creation are possible, allowing for meticulous observation and reflection of the patient's skin condition and response.

As a result, the precision and satisfaction of the treatment are enhanced, leading to 'meticulous medical care' rather than simple

repeat treatments. KKEUT Clinic values results over time, focusing sincerely on each patient's

skin. We believe this is why most of our patients come to us through referrals.

Differentiating Factor 3. Personalized Customization of Settings

Spot size, pulse energy, and fluence are adjusted considering skin tone, lesion size and depth, and skin reactivity.

For example, for bright skin with shallow pigmentation,

precise spot sizes and energy optimized for targeting are used for delicate irradiation,

while for darker skin tones with a risk of hyperpigmentation or sensitive skin, safety is ensured through fine-tuned output control during treatment.

Such detailed settings are a key factor in enhancing the precision and satisfaction of treatment outcomes, even when using the same laser equipment.

Differentiating Factor 4. Systematic Recovery Plan After Treatment

As the 755nm Alexandrite laser has high pigment destruction efficiency, temporary erythema may occur after treatment, or

the treated pigmented area may temporarily appear darker red than before, making systematic regeneration and UV protection management crucial.

Furthermore, because individual pain sensitivity varies during 755nm laser and Erbium-YAG laser treatments,

the application of anesthetic cream is comfortably decided through pre-consultation.

After treatment, cooling care and Jaungo modeling packs are provided to soothe the heated skin,

and authentic Duoderm is stocked in-clinic to meticulously assist with smooth recovery and UV protection when going out.

Differentiating Factor 5. Only Lentigines? Designed Treatment that Considers All Pigmentation

Most patients who visit seeking lentigo removal also have complex dermal pigmentation such as melasma in addition to lentigines. While targeting and removing only lentigines is good, we believe our patients truly wish for all pigmentation concerns that make their entire face appear

uneven to be resolved together.

After thorough consultation with the patient and diagnostic devices, we scientifically classify the pigmentation on their face, then decide whether to proceed with target treatment focused on epidermal pigmentation or comprehensive treatment to address the overall pigmentation balance.

We then determine the direction of treatment. This is how we help our patients achieve a brighter face with a subtle yet significant difference.

Why Do Lentigines Occur?

Solar lentigines (Solar Lentigo) primarily result from UV exposure and skin aging.

They are brown, flat pigmented lesions caused by hyperactive melanin cells leading to excessive pigment deposition in specific areas.

condition. Repeated exposure to UV radiation leads to continuous melanin production, and as one ages,

the skin's regenerative capacity and pigment metabolism decline, causing them to become progressively darker and spread wider. They primarily appear on the face, back of hands, and arms, characterized by distinct

and dark brown borders.

Location of Lentigines

Lentigines (solar lentigines) primarily

occur within the epidermal layer of the skin, especially

when melanocytes located in the basal layer become overactive due to UV stimulation, causing melanin pigment to

accumulate locally. Pathohistologically, they do not penetrate deeply into the dermis but rather involve an excess of melanin within the epidermis,

and their borders with the surrounding normal tissue are relatively clear.

This is why they are optimally targeted by 755nm

and characteristically show an excellent response to long-pulsed Alexandrite laser treatment. Treatment plans must therefore be differentiated from melasma or mixed pigmentary lesions that affect the dermis

more deeply.

Characteristics of the 755nm Wavelength

The 755nm wavelength is a premium Alexandrite wavelength that offers both a very high absorption rate for melanin pigment and stable penetration depth across the entire epidermal layer and into the upper dermal layer.

The 755nm laser, delivered in a long-pulsed manner, transmits high-power energy to the pigmented lesion through precise millisecond (ms) timing control. Melanocytes intensely absorb this light energy, converting it into thermal energy, which then fragments the pigment

particles safely and effectively. Some of the broken-down pigment undergoes natural metabolic processes on the surface,

exfoliating subtly like a peel with dead skin cells according to the skin's turnover cycle, while some is safely absorbed and excreted by macrophages within the body.

As the destroyed pigment is gradually eliminated in this manner, visible lentigines clearly lighten or

achieve excellent results by disappearing.

Kkeut Han Clinic's Lentigo Removal

The 755nm Alexandrite laser is highly ideal for lentigo treatment,

wavelength, but the success of the treatment isn't solely dependent on using good equipment. True differentiation in results is only achieved when accurate skin diagnosis, personalized settings, and a systematic post-procedure regeneration program are all implemented together,

creating truly differentiated results.

Q&A

Q&A

고객님들이 가장 많이 물어보시는 내용을 모았습니다.

What is the treatment cycle?

QnA

Treatment is usually performed at 3-4 week intervals. This cycle considers skin recovery and pigment clearing processes.

How many times do I need to receive lentigo treatment?

QnA

Based on 755nm laser treatment, most lentigos show noticeable improvement with 1-2 treatments. However, depending on skin type, the depth and amount of lentigo, and sun exposure habits, repeated treatment up to 2-3 times may be necessary.
